André Braswell created Braz Interiors, based in Bowie, MD, in 2015. He held several positions in the interior design industry, before becoming lead designer for Macy’s department stores regionally around the DC Metropolitan area. At Macy’s, André was charged with arranging the home furniture section. He was frequently sent to stores that had lagging sales. As a freelance designer, André began by providing design ideas to friends, then expanded to create a design boutique for clients.

Since 2015, he has designed living spaces, including houses, apartments, lofts and condos for a range of clients with varying needs and lifestyles. He has also designed office and work spaces, from judge’s chambers to offices and retail spaces to accommodate workers and clients.
